We are currently the top ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have earned the #1 overall spot a record seven times. Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You'll join our Creative Services team, part of Bain's Global Business Services organization. Our team of expert designers transforms complex ideas into powerful visual communications, supporting internal stakeholders and client teams around the world through high-impact presentation design, storytelling, and data visualization.

You'll collaborate closely with business leaders, content owners, and fellow designers to create compelling visual materials that bring clarity, insight, and engagement to our work.

As a Coordinator within Creative Services, you'll work closely with client teams and business partners to deliver high-quality presentation design support within tight deadlines. You'll help translate complex information into clear, engaging visual communications while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Bain's and our clients' brand standards.

Your attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage competing priorities will be essential to delivering exceptional work. You'll also contribute to the team's overall quality by reviewing and providing feedback on the work of less experienced colleagues.

  • Collaborate with client teams, business partners, and fellow designers to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver work on time.

  • Apply established design principles, brand guidelines, and asset libraries to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.

  • Review and quality-check the work of less experienced colleagues, helping maintain the team's design standards.

  • Plan and prioritise tasks effectively, assess timelines and capacity, identify potential roadblocks, and keep team collaboration tools up to date.
