Ben has deep expertise in M&A – specializing in merger integration as well as divesture & separation planning. He has advised clients on synergy acceleration and capture, investor relations and communication strategy, performance improvement, customer strategy, systems and data integration, as well as asset diligence and sector screens.
Ben has worked across a range of industries, with particular depth in consumer products and retail.
Prior to joining Bain in 2017, Ben worked for another consulting firm and in the corporate strategy group of a leading specialty retailer.
Ben earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. He also holds a BA in Biology and Economics, summa cum laude, from Bowdoin College.
