Nina Saxena is a member of our Technology & Cloud Services and Private Equity practices. She is a leader in our perspectives, product management, engineering, and transformation for R&D organizations.
Nina mainly advises technology executives on a variety of strategy and operational topics. Her recent work has included working with technology companies to diagnose, design, and implement improvements in strategy, organization and operating model, performance improvement.
Additionally, Nina advises investors on M&A in enterprise technology. She has led more than 20 private equity due diligence projects in enterprise technology including DevOps tools and infrastructure software, data and analytics, enterprise software, cybersecurity, and technology services.
Prior to joining Bain, Nina worked on technology implementations in various industries.
She holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
