Christian Pryce

Christian Pryce is an external advisor for our Transformation practice. 

He has extensive international experience in corporate strategy, organizational design, transformation, and change management.

Christian focuses on building and leading high-performance teams to create results-driven cultures and leading strategic projects across a range of industries. His engagements include organizations’ exciting growth phases through to crisis mode, and his client portfolio includes multinational, international, and start-up firms.

Prior to joining us, Christian held several senior roles within European and Middle Eastern airlines and as a senior associate for another top consultancy. His prior background in elite sport underlines his passion and belief in communication, combined with a practical people- and values-based approach.

Christian holds a degree in Economics & Management from the University of Bristol.
