Laird Rawsthorne is a director of marketing science and leads advanced analytics support for case teams and clients.
Laird has more than 15 years of experience in customer insights and advanced marketing analytics. His work has focused on areas including market segmentation, consumer decision processes, customer lifecycle management and customer experience transformation. He has served clients across a broad range of industries including financial services, consumer goods, healthcare, energy utilities and the public sector.
Laird holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Rochester. Prior to Bain, he worked as an Advanced Analytics Expert in the Marketing & Sales practice at another global consulting firm.
