WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH


You’ll join our Corporate Support Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Bain Capability Network, based out of our Mexico City office. The CoE supports Americas-based case teams and clients on corporate support cost optimization cases. This includes functional benchmarking and diagnostics through advanced data analysis and dynamic data visualization. Our solutions are powered by tools like Power BI and Tableau, helping identify impactful insights and performance opportunities.


WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM


As an Analyst, you’ll be part of a collaborative team comprising a Project Leader, Associates, and fellow Analysts. You'll contribute to open-ended Performance Improvement (PI) projects, typically ranging from 3–8 weeks. Depending on the case needs, your role may involve working closely with others or operating as an individual contributor.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Deliver analytics support on projects related to corporate support (G&A) and benchmarking

  • Manage individual workstreams under the guidance of Associates and Project Leaders

  • Build functional baselines and conduct benchmarking analyses to identify opportunities

  • Analyze qualitative survey data to extract key insights

  • Provide rapid benchmarking support for high-level assessments

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision

  • Develop and maintain dashboards or charts using Power BI and Tableau


ABOUT YOU


  • A graduate with strong academic credentials and 0–2 years of relevant experience in consulting, research, or analytics

  • Strong written and spoken English skills (C1–C2 level)

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present professionally to senior stakeholders

  • Highly analytical and organized; able to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to cost transformation, G&A, or functional domains such as Finance or HR

  • Familiarity with visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI
