• Analyze financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) to identify cost optimization opportunities
• Leverage internal and external benchmarking to uncover value creation across functions
• Drive structured problem solving and storytelling aligned with Bain’s quality standards
• Partner with BCN and global teams to develop proposals and share knowledge
• Ensure accuracy and rigor in all outputs through strong quality control
• Translate data into clear insights with actionable business recommendations

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone with:
• An undergraduate degree (engineering, commerce, business, or economics) and 2–4 years of relevant experience; or an MBA/postgraduate degree with 0–3 years of experience (consulting preferred)
• Strong financial analysis skills, particularly in GAAP/non-GAAP statements
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with tools like Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, Python, or AI tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to work onsite in Bain’s Mexico City office four days per week
