WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the #1 ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have maintained a spot in the top four on Glassdoor’s list since its founding in 2009. Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Collaboration in our interdisciplinary Recruiting Team is built on passion, commitment, honesty, openness and, of course: teamwork. Our goal is to identify and inspire outstanding talent for Bain. In this role, you will report to the responsible Recruiting Manager of our Intern Hire Team, who – together with your colleagues – will support you during your onboarding and professional development within the firm.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • As Associate, Recruiting (m/f/d), you will support our Intern Hire Team in attracting outstanding talent for consulting internships across our offices in Germany & Austria.
  • In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for all candidates throughout the Talent Journey – from the initial contact at a university event through to candidate support during our assessment days.
  • You will also be responsible for the pre-selection of the most promising candidates for our selection process and will oversee the preparation, execution and follow-up of our assessment days.
  • You give free rein to your creativity in conceptualizing, planning and executing our campus activities and (flagship) recruiting events, and collaborate with your team colleagues to develop strategies and concepts to further advance our intern hiring.
  • With your communicative and approachable manner, you also support our internal consultants with all recruiting-related queries.
  • To make our recruiting success measurable, you regularly prepare analyses along the Talent Journey and present these to your key stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a genuine passion for talent and recruiting.
  • You leverage your strong communication skills to attract talented individuals to Bain.
  • You have a strong service orientation and a genuine enthusiasm for daily interaction with candidates and Bainies.
  • You look forward to taking on responsibility and independently driving topics forward.
  • You are a resilient and assertive organisational talent who does not shy away from challenges and keeps a cool head under pressure.
  • You truly thrive in a team setting, built on a foundation of loyalty and reliability.
  • You are creative, have a sense of humor and impress with a warm and positive presence.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • You hold a successfully completed university degree in business administration, social sciences or law, ideally with a focus on human resources management.
  • You bring initial experience in recruiting and/or campus marketing.
  • You are proficient in MS Office; initial knowledge of data analytics is an advantage.
  • Your German and English language skills are excellent, both spoken and written

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

In addition to an attractive and performance-based remuneration comprising fixed and variable components, you will benefit from numerous additional perks:

  • Diverse training formats, language courses as well as buddy and mentoring programmes support your personal development
  • You benefit from the EGYM Wellpass and further offerings for fitness and mental wellbeing
  • Our mobility concept gives you the flexibility to choose between Mobility Cash, reimbursement of your public transport ticket or JobRad leasing
  • For us, flexibility means having the best of both worlds: the freedom to work from home and the opportunity to experience genuine team moments in the office – fully in line with our Work@Bain 2.x concept.
  • With our Community Impact Day and participation in Green Teams, you can make a meaningful difference for society and the environment
  • Affinity Groups such as Women@Bain promote exchange, networking and career development
  • Whether Team Retreat, Christmas Party or the „Bain-Wiesn“ – you will experience how fun and team spirit go hand in hand at Bain.
  • Whether free snacks, beverages or the subsidised catering in our cafeteria (in Munich) – you will find even more at Bain that makes your working day a little bit better.
