Pride at Bain (Pride) is a global community for Bain professionals who identify across the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer spectrum at Bain. Our efforts focus on building connection and community and creating a culture where everyone feels valued, empowered, and inspired.

Bain has been investing in diverse and inclusive teams since our founding. Our earliest affinity groups started informally over 30 years ago and since then we have expanded into a wide range of activities and events to create a culture of inclusion where every Bainie can thrive.
Pride at Bain provides members with a space to form meaningful relationships, drive connectivity, and build community. While we take pride in the deep bonds created within Pride at Bain, we also build connections with other affinity groups and share the vast diversity within our community with the broader firm.
