Aimée Caffrey is a member of our AI, Insights & Solutions Primary Research team and serves as Bain’s in-house anthropologist. She combines deep qualitative expertise with emerging artificial intelligence capabilities to help clients make better, faster strategic decisions.
Aimée partners with corporate and private equity clients across industries to design and lead primary research programs that inform growth strategy, experience design, and commercial diligence. As generative AI reshapes the insights landscape, she spearheads efforts to evaluate and onboard new technologies, architect scalable research processes, and enable consultants to integrate AI across qualitative and quantitative workflows. Her work has improved productivity, reduced costs, and strengthened our competitive positioning in diligence and proposal efforts.
Beyond her client work, Aimée contributes to firm-building initiatives, including standardizing qualitative research operations and leading intellectual property development on the impact of generative AI across the research-to-insights journey.
She holds a PhD in Anthropology from Cornell University and is passionate about advancing the intersection of technology and human insight.
