Brad Rollins is a member of our Private Equity, Technology, and Artificial Intelligence practices.
Brad has worked extensively with our private equity and growth equity clients, evaluating assets across the software and business services sectors. He has extensive experience conducting strategic and operational due diligence for technology companies, including those in vertical SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, ecommerce, and tech-enabled services.
In addition to leading commercial diligence teams, Brad works directly with private equity firms on fund strategy, portfolio AI impact, and AI diligence to understand AI-related risks and opportunities.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from The Ohio State University and a Master of business administration with high distinction from the University of Michigan.
Outside of work, Brad is an avid skier and cyclist.
