Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.

My first case took me completely by surprise - it was an industry I didn't expect to enjoy, a team I'll never forget, and the chance to travel to Dubai, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur hosting international workshops. Most rewarding of all was seeing the direct impact on the sales reps we were supporting.

What advice would you give a candidate who is interested in recruiting for consulting?

Lean into what makes you unique - your background is your competitive edge. I drew on my international business knowledge during the interviews to bring a fresh perspective to every case. But beyond cracking the case, show people who you are. Consulting is all about people, and your personality matters just as much as your casing.
