Prior to joining Bain, I held various consulting roles and subsequently transitioned into an internal data scientist position at National Australia Bank. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong foundation in both consulting methodologies and technical expertise. Joining Bain has always been a long-standing aspiration of mine since my undergraduate years, and I am grateful that it has now become a reality. I am super excited to contribute my skills and expertise to the diverse and dynamic team at Bain.

How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?

I knew that Bain was the right company for me for several reasons. Firstly, the company's culture stood out to me as being exceptionally friendly, with colleagues who are honest and supportive. This sense of camaraderie and teamwork creates a positive and collaborative working environment.

Secondly, Bain's commitment to its employees' well-being and growth was evident. I was impressed by Bain's focus on helping individuals succeed and providing various paths to personal and professional growth. The weekly NPS survey also demonstrated the company's dedication to ensuring that each case is sustainable and that employees have the necessary support to thrive.

Lastly, what attracted me most to Bain was the opportunity to work on impactful projects that directly contribute to helping clients achieve their strategic goals. The ability to make a real difference for clients and be part of their success was an aspect that deeply resonated with me.

Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?

The opportunities available at Bain span a wide range of projects, including strategy, performance improvement, private equity, and more. Each of these projects has the potential to make a significant difference for our clients.

One of the most exciting parts of my work is the collaboration between Bain’s AI, Insights & Solutions team and generative AI. This partnership has opened up exciting possibilities in utilizing cutting-edge technology to address complex challenges for our clients. Being at the forefront of this technological frontier allows us to equip organizations with the best available tools and strategies to achieve their financial objectives. The ability to leverage advanced analytics and AI to drive tangible impact for clients is truly exhilarating.
