Share your journey to Bain.
Coming from an engineering background, I wanted a role that would utilize my analytical problem solving ability in an interpersonal role. After talking to many Bainies, it was clear Bain celebrates people from diverse academic and personal backgrounds. I decided to apply for the AC role, and here I am over a year later!
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
I instantly clicked with so many people at Bain in the initial stages of recruitment. Bain looks for passionate individuals, and I have learned so much about my coworkers regarding their interests in and out of work. You will meet semi-professional runners, avid bakers, artists, film directors (the list goes on). The people at Bain care so deeply about the things they're involved in, and I look up to so many people at the office.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
I have loved being a part of various Bain organizations in my time here so far. On the weekends (weather permitting), Bain soccer looks to win intramural championships and biweekly, the Green Team is helping to promote sustainability at the office. These are two organizations that I have loved being a part of and have enabled me to have more friendly faces at the office.
