How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
I knew that Bain was the right company for me when I saw how supportive the people here are and how much enthusiasm they have for the people that join. I could tell that this would be the best place to learn and grow and it absolutely has been, as everyone has been very willing to teach something new, support with a project, or answer any question. Bainies really don't let other Bainies fail!
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
I do feel like I can do impactful work here at Bain. It is so exciting to see candidates that you have known for a while crush their interviews, get the offer, see how excited they are to join, and become very successful in their role. The ability to play a part in this is extremely rewarding and gives me full confidence in the people who work here to create not only the best client experience but the best internal culture experience.
What advice would you give a candidate who is interested in recruiting for consulting?
Some advice that I would give to a candidate interested in recruiting for consulting is that it is always good to get familiar and comfortable with case prep and what a case entails leading up to the interview to ensure that you are best prepared to do well. I would also advise to come prepared with questions of your own to ask the interviewer to make sure that you get a full picture of what life at Bain is like.
