How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
The people. Since the first time I stepped into the Bain office the people were so welcoming, bright, and genuinely enjoyable to be around, and that has not changed since. I have since made many friends here that extend well beyond just being in the office. The people make the place, and the workplace is no different - and the people at Bain are world class, not just in the work that they do, but as individuals as well.
“Build Your Own Bain” means creating a thriving career on your own terms. How have you been able to “Build Your Own Bain?”
One of my favorite parts of Bain is the staffing model, where I have been able to constantly work with the staffing team to find projects that interest me, fit my personal development goals, and are on the timelines that I want. This has led to me being able to maximize my learning in the areas that I want, to be able to work on some super interesting topics and industries, and just generally made my work quite enjoyable.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
My work at Bain has felt very impactful. I've had the wonderful opportunity to work on one of our pro bono cases here, where every day I get to work on making our global food chain more sustainable. This work has been super rewarding and also may be able to drive some real positive change in the world.
