How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
In every conversation during my Bain recruiting process, I felt included, heard, and supported. I was always asked about my own experiences and thoughts, and there was never a moment of silence. This feeling made me want to be a part of the Bain community and now, I am able to contribute everyday.

Everyday, I aim to bring a positive attitude and inviting energy to the office. Whether it's getting lunch with friends or playing cards at happy hour, I love spending time with other Bainies. The more integrated I feel within the office, the more confident I become. This confidence plays a critical role in "Building My Own Bain" and creating a thriving career for myself.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
My first case was a pro-bono project focused on increasing life expectancy between the West Side of Chicago and the Loop. On this case, I built slides for our final deliverables, presented in front of clients, Bain partners, and healthcare leaders, and also co-lead analysis in areas like affordable housing and job creation.
Personally, I grew confidence in sharing ideas with my team, pushing answers forward, and implementing Bain norms. I'm still in touch with my team today and overall had such an amazing first case experience!
