How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
I knew this when I went to the Spring Presentation at UCLA. Meeting Bainies in person and see hearing in person what their work is like, what the culture is like, what their day-to-day looked like was super helpful.
“Build Your Own Bain” means creating a thriving career on your own terms. How have you been able to “Build Your Own Bain?”
My favorite part about Bain is the people I get to work with. To me building my own Bain means making meaningful relationships across my cohort, affinity groups and extra 10 groups! I met some people that I genuinely have so much fun hanging out with.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
My favorite work at Bain so far is probably my current case! It surprises me how much ownership I've been given after only a short amount of time at Bain. I am currently on a travel case to co-locate with the clients so it's also really fun traveling with my team and building relationships with the clients as well.
