Erin Grace

Erin is a member of our Private Equity and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

Her recent work has centered on due diligence for private equity firms across industries, with a particular focus on transportation and logistics, industrials, and business services. In addition to leading diligence efforts, Erin also supports private equity clients in evaluating AI risks and opportunities during commercial diligence, and identifying and executing actionable ways portfolio companies can leverage AI as a value creation lever.

Apart from her case work, she is involved with our local office people development efforts. Erin earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds an undergraduate degree from Wheaton College.
