He partners with leadership teams to embed AI and data into their strategic agendas—shaping data ambitions, governance models, and scaling advanced analytics and generative AI initiatives. Drawing on experience across multiple industries, Filippo focuses on transforming complex analytical challenges into pragmatic, value-driven solutions while building the capabilities needed to sustain them. He brings a cross-sector perspective to his work, grounded in the belief that ideas and innovations can often be most powerful when transferred across industries.

Filippo holds a PhD in experimental nuclear physics, where he developed a rigorous approach to data, uncertainty, and problem solving. He is passionate about mentoring and fostering teams where curiosity, discipline, and creativity thrive. Outside of work, he is an enthusiastic gamer with a broad interest in games of all kinds—a reflection of his fascination with systems, strategy, and human behavior.
