Jacek Poświata is a senior partner and the chairman of Central Eastern Europe. He is also a member of the firm's Private Equity and Strategy practices.
Jacek works with investors, such as private equity funds, family offices and corporate investors, on topics including commercial due diligence, portfolio company value creation plan and firm strategy.
He has experience across industries including retail, consumer products, healthcare, industrials and chemicals. He holds deep expertise in business strategy, value creation plans, customer strategy & marketing, performance improvement, M&A and organization.
Outside of Bain, Jacek is a member of the highly-regarded Polish Business Roundtable (PRB).
Prior to joining Bain in 2012, Jacek was a senior partner and managing director for an American consulting firm in Poland.
Jacek studied at the Warsaw School of Economics and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School.
