Jonathan Bordas

Jonathan Bordas is a leader in our Utilities and Renewables and Sustainability & Responsibility practices, with deep expertise across decarbonization and regulatory strategy, investment and resource planning, and long-term strategic finance. 

Jonathan has advised utilities on integrated resource planning, rate case development, gas systems strategy, cost optimization, and decarbonization roadmaps. His work spans both single- and dual-commodity investor-owned utilities, with a focus on enabling the energy transition while balancing reliability, affordability, and regulatory outcomes. He also supports private equity and corporate clients on merger and acquisition efforts, including due diligence, carve-out preparation and implementation, equity story development, and business planning.

Beyond his client work, he has been co-leading our Social Impact agenda in the Los Angeles office, and in the Paris Office before that.

Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Management from ESCP Europe (Paris and Berlin) and London City University. Outside of work, he can be found racing in offshore sailing, long-distance running, or competing in triathlons.
