Junghee Bae

Junghee Bae is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

Since joining Bain & Company Korea in 2022, she has served clients across the automotive, technology and media, consumer goods, and retail sectors. Her work focuses on helping businesses succeed in an era of uncertainty, with expertise in AI and digital strategy, corporate vision and new business strategy, operational innovation and performance improvement, marketing and brand activation, product and go‑to‑market strategy, and ESG strategy and program development. She also brings experience in business audits, M&A due diligence and post‑merger integration, change management, and leadership development.

Prior to Bain, Junghee held senior roles at two leading global consultancies, including Deputy Country Leader and Head of Strategy and M&A Consulting.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Korea University
