Kasper Kallestrup

Kasper Kallestrup is a member of our Financial Services practice, with more than 10 years of experience advising clients across the financial services and payments-technology sectors.

He supports clients in redesigning operating models and delivering technology-enabled transformations that accelerate performance and unlock value amid ongoing industry and technology disruption. He has led large-scale programs focused on end-to-end operating model redesign, post-merger integration, support function transformation, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) and core banking system implementation.

Kasper works closely with executive teams, operational leaders, and technology specialists to help translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes. Prior to joining Bain, he was Senior Vice President for organization and change at Nexi Group, where he led group-wide operating model design, integration, and workforce management efforts.

He holds an MSc in industrial engineering and management and a BSc in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
