Laura van Dijk

Laura van Dijk is the global leader of our Operating Model solution and a member of our Agile, Enterprise Technology and Retail practices.

Laura is passionate about enabling companies to achieve their potential through modern operating models - building dynamic, fast-moving organizations that point the power of their people at executing a focused strategy. In today's world, technology is often at the core of a company's ability to do this, and so is a thoughtful change management approach.

Her work takes the lens of agile transformations, digital transformations, and beyond. For example, Laura has led a number of major transformations for various Fortune 100 players across sectors, including retail, consumer products, and financial services. 

Before joining us in 2012, Laura spent several years with Gartner (formerly the Corporate Executive Board), working in the organization’s Washington, D.C. and London offices.

She holds an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business, where she was a Fuqua Scholar. She also earned a B.A. in history from Duke, graduating in the top two percent of her class.
