Marta Sarzynska

Marta has 10+ years of consulting experience at Bain working in the UK and Australia across a range of sectors from Private Equity to corporate engagements in Healthcare, Consumer Products & Retail and Telco, focusing on projects leveraging Advanced Analytics and AI.

Marta has spent 4 years in the Expert role, leading Advanced Analytics and AI for our Private Equity Group in EMEA; building and leading a team of AA analysts embedded on PEG cases, driving commercial outreach & developing new PEG AA use cases and analyses.

Marta has deep expertise in leading teams across analytical and business backgrounds, building strategic machine learning tools and delivering answer-changing insights combining data science and business views, at pace.

In addition to her client work, she is a champion for Advanced Analytics and AI for the London office, and an active member of our Womxn at Bain affinity group.

She holds a DPhil in Mathematics / Data Science from the University of Oxford and an undergraduate degree in Biotechnology, with honors, from the University of Edinburgh.
