Marwan El Hachem

Marwan is a core leader in our Social & Public Sector practice.

Marwan has worked with a wide range of private and public sector, including utilities, energy, funds, center of government, ministries and authorities among others. He's helped his clients on various issues such as performance improvement, strategy, due diligence, digitalization, agile operating models, and designing and activating new entities.

Marwan has also led engagements in the non-profit sector advising leading foundations in the GCC on funding models, budget optimization and turnaround.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School in Boston, an M.Sc. in sustainable development from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, and a B.Eng. in electrical engineering from ESIB in Beirut.
