Moez Draief

Moez Draief is a member of our Vector practice, serving clients across the UK and EMEA.

He helps technology, telecommunications, and healthcare and life sciences organizations turn cutting-edge artificial intelligence into tangible business value. With over 20 years at the forefront of applied AI and engineering R&D, he advises senior executives on end-to-end data and AI strategy, large-scale R&D transformation, product operating-model design, and launching new digital ventures.

Prior to joining Bain, Moez founded and led Mozilla.ai, an open and transparent platform for developing, orchestrating, and evaluating AI agents. He also served as an advisor to Mozilla Ventures. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at a leading global consultancy, where he led the Data Science & Engineering practice in EMEA, and served as Chief Scientist at Huawei Technologies, leading the AI Foundation group in Noah’s Ark Lab. He began his career in academia as a professor of intelligent systems and networks at Imperial College London.

Moez holds a PhD from Université Paris Cité and an MEng from École Polytechnique.
