She has built extensive experience over 2 decades in strategy consulting where she has served renowned brands in the fashion, beauty and luxury space, combining her ambition for client impact with passion for consumer understanding and fascination for beautifully designed products.
During her consulting career, Nathalie has worked across a variety of issues and geographies, with a core focus on strategy, marketing and retail related issues, primarily growth strategy, brand (re)positioning, merchandising optimization, retail excellence, and digital acceleration.
Before joining Bain, Nathalie was the CEO of Christofle where she successfully drove the brand repositioning and 360 transformation.
Nathalie is a graduate from Solvay Business School and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
