Paul Smith

Paul Smith is a member of our Architecture Guild within our Enterprise Technology practice and heads up our Financial Services capability.

He has worked with many of the top financial services organizations globally, with a primary focus on information technology strategy and architecture. His experience includes leading global strategy and architecture functions on the client side, leading large transformation programs, and supporting diligences for large acquisitions.

Prior to joining Bain, Paul was a chief architect and head of strategy and architecture for global financial services organizations.

Outside of work, Paul is a qualified football coach and runs a children’s team. He also enjoys golf and is a member at his local club. Paul is married and has three daughters and a son.
