Throughout his tenure at Bain, Santiago has honed expertise across various industries and capabilities, specializing in strategy, business & operating models and implementation planning.
In the financial services sphere, he focuses on retail banking, consumer finance and private banking.
Prior to joining Bain in 2011, Santiago held positions at Santander, Hewlett-Packard and IBM.
He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as both a master’s degree in electronic engineering and a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Granada.
