Wissam Yassine leads Bain’s Sustainability practice for the Middle East region.
With over 15 years of experience as a sustainability practitioner and consultant, Wissam has advised governments, corporates, and foundations in the region and globally. His work spans a range of topics including sustainability policies and strategies, net zero transition, green technologies and investments, corporate sustainability adoption and disclosures and AI-enabled sustainability transformation.
He frequently authors thought leadership with the World Economic Forum and the World Governments Summit on sustainability topics. He also led the creation of capacity-building programs such as the MENA Sustainability Shapers and AI-powered tools such as the AI Sustainability Readiness Tool.
Wissam holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from Harvard University in Massachusetts, USA, an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and a bachelor in Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
