Linda is a member of our Commercial Excellence practice focused on go-to-market transformations. She is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years of high tech operating experience and an experienced board member.
Linda has experience in P&L management, merger integration, direct sales, inside sales, channels, marketing, and international operations. She has extensive experience in go-to-market diagnostics, revenue acceleration, sales resource optimization, and utilizing innovative sales models. Linda is a recognized industry and business leader with a personal brand as a builder, transformer, and innovator.
She was the interim EVP & Managing Director for Rackspace in the Americas. Linda crafted and drove a go-to-market transformation for a $1.8B managed services business with a $170M P&L, serving small, medium and large enterprises with 850 people across go-to-market functions.
Her expertise in architecting highly effective organizations is highlighted by her work leading EMC's go-to-market integration team responsible for integrating 25K employees for the largest tech merger in history between EMC and Dell. Linda also was recognized for transforming and globalizing EMC's Global Inside Sales organization responsible for $3B in product & renewal revenue with 750 employees.
In addition to her work at Bain, Linda is an independent public board member at Zebra Technologies. Zebra (NASDAQ: ZBRA), an S&P 500 company and also a board member for Presidio, a leading NA IT solution provider.
She is also a keynote speaker at business, industry, and academic events.
