        WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

        You’ll join our Recruiting team in Amsterdam and work closely with consultants, university partners, and internal stakeholders to help attract and hire exceptional junior talent. You’ll play an important role in shaping Bain’s campus recruiting strategy and delivering an outstanding candidate experience across every touchpoint.

        WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

        As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for hiring junior consultants and interns across the Netherlands. You’ll organize and lead recruiting initiatives for top universities, act as a key relationship manager for campus stakeholders, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.

        This role is highly collaborative and combines relationship management, event coordination, candidate engagement, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with the recruiting team and Bain consultants to identify and attract high-potential talent that supports Bain’s continued growth ambitions.

        WHAT YOU’LL DO

        • Serve as the first point of contact for campus recruiting candidates throughout the recruitment process
        • Organize and manage on-campus and in-office recruiting events, including end-to-end logistics and coordination
        • Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services, study associations, and student organizations
        • Coordinate campus recruiting team activities, facilitate planning meetings, and provide administrative support where needed
        • Partner with marketing and graphics teams to develop recruiting communications and event materials
        • Manage candidate pipelines and create meaningful engagement opportunities for high-potential students
        • Review and assess resumes to identify candidates for recruiting events and interview processes
        • Support the selection process for full-time Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant Internship positions
        • Analyze recruiting data and market insights to help shape and improve campus recruiting strategies
        • Conduct market research and prepare recommendations using talent intelligence platforms such as LinkedIn
        • Support additional recruiting-related administrative activities as needed

        ABOUT YOU

        • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
        • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, event management, brand management, or a related field preferred
        • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent Bain professionally to candidates and senior stakeholders
        • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
        • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
        • Relationship-oriented with the ability to quickly build trust with candidates and colleagues
        • Proactive, motivated, and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in recruiting and talent development
        • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively across teams
        • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
