Since joining Bain in 2006, Carina has primarily worked across consumer products and related industries, spanning FMCGs, durable goods, food ingredients and consumer health. She focuses on supporting clients in driving top-line growth, with expertise in growth strategy, revenue management, digital marketing, e-commerce acceleration and operating model.
Carina has experience in working in western and eastern Europe, the United States and the Middle East.
She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Aarhus University, which included an exchange at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She also has an MSc in Economics and Management from Aarhus University.
