Emily Broas is a member of our Consumer Products, Retail, and Customer practices.
She advises clients on growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, marketing effectiveness, digital transformation, and organizational design. Her recent work includes integration management for an ecommerce marketplace and emerging consumer brand, designing an AI-driven marketing analytics capability for a leading beverage company, and redesigning the commercial operating model for a global retailer. With more than a decade at Bain, she has worked across our Boston, Amsterdam, and San Francisco offices, serving a range of Fortune 500 brands and retailers.
Beyond her client work, Emily helps lead DEI initiatives in our San Francisco office. She also formerly led staffing and talent operations for the Senior Manager cohort.
Emily earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School, a master's degree in public policy from Harvard Kennedy School, and an AB, summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
She lives in San Francisco with her husband, two young children, and dog, and enjoys spending weekends exploring the area's parks, playgrounds, and beaches.
