Sjors van der Zee

Sjors van der Zee is a member of our Financial Services practice.

He is an expert in performance improvement, supporting banking and insurance clients on topics such as operating model simplification, cost reduction programs, and digitalization. His case portfolio also includes strategy redesign, commercial due diligence, and business model innovation. In addition to his client work, Sjors serves as Office Lead for our Amsterdam office.

He previously worked as a partner in the Financial Services practice of another top firm, serving insurance and banking clients across Europe.

Sjors holds an M.Sc. in Econometrics and M. Sc. in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Amsterdam.

Apart from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as running, skiing, and attending music festivals.
