Steven Breeden is a leader in our Financial Services, Enterprise Technology and Technology practices.
Steven holds deep cross-industry expertise, focused on retail and wholesale banking, insurance and payments. He is one of the firm’s global thought leaders in technology strategy and architecture, with a focus on helping companies drive customer, product and operational transformation through technology, data and analytics.
His recent client engagements focus on technology strategy and architecture, customer experience transformation, omni-channel technology strategy, core banking and insurance platform modernization.
Prior to joining Bain in 2015, Steven served as the CIO of StellarOne Bank and SVP of global wholesale banking technology at Bank of America. He also worked as a digital technology consultant for another top firm.
He completed an executive program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.
