Andrew Kunkel

Andrew Kunkel is a member of our Private Equity practice and co-leader of the Transportation & Logistics practice.

Since joining us in 2007, Andrew has worked across a wide variety of industries and topics. Andrew works extensively with the firm's private equity clients evaluating assets primarily across business services, technology, and industrial sectors. He has significant depth in conducting strategic due diligence particularly for assets in the Transportation & Logistics ecosystem.

In addition to leading diligence teams, Andrew also works directly with sponsor-backed businesses on a variety of strategic issues, including growth strategy, commercial excellence, and merger integration

Beyond his client work, Andrew leads the firm's Advanced Analytics efforts within private equity and leads Associate Consulting recruiting for the Chicago office.

He holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business and an MSE/BSE in Industrial & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
