At Bain, he brings deep expertise in architecting scalable, real-time data platforms and scaling AI to drive step-change improvements in productivity, speed to market, customer experience, and risk management.

His work spans enterprise data and AI strategy, modern cloud-native architecture, real-time decisioning, and operating model transformation. He is frequently engaged to help organizations move beyond pilots—designing platforms with embedded smart governance and the capabilities required to deploy AI safely at scale, delivering outcomes such as multi-fold productivity gains and increased regulatory confidence.

Anukool holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai (VJTI). He also holds a U.S. patent in massive-scale data ingestion and user resolution.
