Laura Poindexter

Laura Poindexter is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.

A human resources and operating model leader, Laura has more than 15 years of experience working with global companies to transform and optimize their HR organizations. She focuses on HR transformations, function optimization, operating model, processes, and systems.

She previously worked for another top firm, where she managed all aspects of an HR transformation, including future state visioning, employee experience optimization, organization, and process design, technology selection and implementation, and training and change management execution. She also managed diverse, global teams to implement new HR operating models and processes in more than 30 countries across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

She holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a B.S. in Chemistry from the Unversity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
