Nagaraj Gn leads our Enterprise Technology practice in India. He is also a member of our Financial Services, AI, Insights & Solutions, Real Estate and Technology practices.

He has nearly 20 years of experience advising senior management teams across India, Asia, and the Middle East on technology strategy and transformation. He supports clients across industries, including banking, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), insurance, fintech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, agri-tech, manufacturing, and real estate. He brings deep expertise in designing and building low-latency, scalable, and secure technology applications and infrastructure for B2C, B2B, and business-to-citizen propositions, integrating digital, core technology, and artificial intelligence solutions.

Prior to joining Bain, Nagaraj co-founded the LEAP practice in India at a leading global consultancy. Earlier in his career, he held Group CIO and CTO roles at several major financial services and aviation companies, including HDFC Ltd, ICICI Bank, Reliance Capital Group, and the InterGlobe Group. He was instrumental in establishing technology-enabled operations at these firms, including launching ICICI Bank's internet and mobile banking platforms, HDFC-GE Capital JV’s consumer finance business, Reliance Capital's IT shared services, and Reliance Money's brokerage platform. At LEAP, he also led the design and build of technology platforms for 16 digital-native businesses across financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and agri-tech.

Nagaraj holds an MCA from Bombay University and a bachelor’s degree in electronics from Osmania University in Hyderabad.

Outside of work, he is an avid traveler and adventure motorcyclist, with a particular interest in riding through the Himalayan region.
