Oleg Geyler

Oleg Geyler leads Bain’s business in Ukraine.

Since joining Bain in 2011, Oleg has built deep expertise across financial services, retail, consumer products, and advanced manufacturing and services. He draws on extensive experience advising leading global companies and regional players across the EMEA region, partnering closely with C-suite executives on full-potential transformations and large-scale performance improvement programs.

Oleg has a proven track record of delivering high-impact engagements with transformative results. He also brings extensive experience working with private equity funds and other financial investors, both at Bain and earlier in his career.

Prior to joining Bain, Oleg worked in business development at a holding company and M&A advisory at an investment bank.

He holds an MBA from the University of Rochester with concentrations in Finance and Strategy.
