Pedro Correa

Pedro is the head of our Automotive & Mobility sector in the Americas. He is also a leader in our Strategy and Performance Improvement practice areas. 

Pedro has more than 15 years of experience advising clients across a range of industries, including automotive & mobility, airlines, aerospace & defense, and industrial services. His areas of focus with his clients include strategy, cost reduction, and driving large-scale transformations. 

He has extensive global experience, most notably across Latin America and Europe.

Beyond his client work, Pedro oversees Bain’s undergraduate recruiting program for our Texas offices and is a leader of our Latinos at Bain affinity group. He has also led several of our firm's global training programs across the world.

Pedro has served on multiple advisory boards throughout his career, including for Best in Class DFW, the Emerging Leaders Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and the University of North Texas at Dallas' School of Education.

Pedro holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Managerial Studies, cum laude, from Rice University.
