Roberto Padovani

Roberto Padovani is a member of our Financial Services practice.

He has worked with many of the top-20 Italian and main European banking groups, across retail, corporate and private banking, wealth management, bancassurance and renting sectors.

His work primarily surrounds strategy and transformation programs, due diligence, M&A and post merger integration programmes, cost operations excellence topics, NLP management model and NPL disposal.

Beyond his client work, he is an active recruiter for Bain's Milan office and is involved in providing global training offered to junior Bain colleagues.

Prior to joining Bain, he was a manager for another top consulting firm and graduated from the Politecnico of Milano in Management Engineering with a specialization in strategy, finance, marketing and organization.

In his personal time, Roberto is a passionate sport player. He is happily married and a father of two kids.
