Sophie Stephens

Sophie is a member of our Private Equity practice. She has a breadth of experience in financial services, travel and leisure, healthcare, and consumer products.

She was part of the leadership team to support a global private equity business in acquiring an international airline and supported the post-acquisition full potential transformation.

She also co-authored the Women in Finance Charter blueprint with Nishma Gosrani OBE and is a leader in our Womxn at Bain network.

Before joining us, Sophie was a community organizer for Europe's largest civil society organization and led the Living Wage campaign in football.

Sophie is a history graduate of Oxford University and has a Master's in Globalisation and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies.
