Tomás primarily advises clients in the banking and telecommunications industries and holds deep expertise in the areas of customer experience, digital, sustainability and customer value management. He has led engagements addressing full potential strategy, sales & channel effectiveness, digital strategy, customer segmentation & loyalty and ESG strategy.
Prior to joining Bain in 2020, Tomás spent several years in another top firm.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Cranfield University.
Tomás is married with one daughter. In his spare time, he loves sports, eating and travelling with his family.
