3. Stay curious and adaptable

Chris advises anyone interested in AI to lean into curiosity. AI is still evolving, and the field’s unpredictable nature demands adaptability. At Bain, he learned to embrace change and stay ahead of the curve—an ethos that has helped him navigate AI’s dynamic landscape.

His advice? Cultivate a technical mindset, but stay open to experimentation. This balance of strategy and curiosity is key to thriving in tech.
