Katlyn Gao, Bain alum and CEO of League One Volleyball (LOVB) is disrupting the world of volleyball. After her time as an associate consultant at the firm, Katlyn joined another Bain alum to found LOVB, a first-of-its-kind professional volleyball league in the United States.

The goal of LOVB is to drive not only commercial success for the predominately female-led sport but provide more professional opportunities for women in volleyball. LOVB has secured backing from some big names in entertainment and sports such has Billie Jean King, Kevin Durant, Chelsea Handler, and more.
