André Castellini

André Castellini is a director in, and co-founder of, Bain & Company’s São Paulo office. He joined the firm in 1997 and has more than 30 years of management consulting experience. 

During his time at Bain, André has worked with the top management of large national and multinational groups across several industries, including airlines, financial investing, health, telecommunications and retail. 

He has led engagements addressing corporate and business unit strategy, M&A, strategic due diligences, ownership structure, customer strategy & marketing, performance improvement and organization.

Prior to joining Bain, he worked as a senior manager for another top consulting firm in Italy. He was also one of the co-founders of Value Partners, an international management consulting firm, whose Brazilian operations he headed until 1997.

André graduated in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Brazil), and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania (USA).

He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Italian.
